Small Group Bible Study

Four Soils Ministry's small group Bible study design is modular and involves ten individual courses that contain ten lessons, each lesson with ten questions for the students to answer prior to the small group meeting. A lesson lecture outline is provided to the small group instructor, teacher or small group discussion leader for each small group Bible study lesson.

The “small group” can be a church, Sunday school class, discipleship class, home cell group, or an independent Bible study group. Four Soils Ministry's small group Bible study materials are developed with a non-denominational intent, however if desired, each study group can tweak the small group Bible study material to fit their denominational doctrines.

The first module of small group Bible study series is the book of Genesis. Genesis can be taken stand alone or as part of a larger Bible study program. A small Bible study group can start with a ten-week commitment to study Genesis and then extent their study into Exodus, etc.

Four Soils Ministry recommends that the small group Bible study start with Genesis and move progressively to the book of Revelation. Taking the Four Soils Ministry small group Bible study series in this manner it will take a small group at least two years to cover the entire Bible study course of one hundred lessons. This assumes that the small group Bible study will do one lesson per week.

As indicated above a small Bible study group does not have to commit to the study of the whole Bible, but they can take it in increments. However, we require that a small group Bible study start with Genesis and move sequential through the Bible. Each of our ten courses builds on the previous ones.

This small group Bible study material was developed for the purpose of exposing a student of a small group to a Bible School or Seminary level of Bible education.

The desire of Four Soils Ministry is be an equipper of workers for God’s harvest. The fields are indeed white unto harvest. Not only are we praying for workers, but also we want to do everything possible to enable the workers to be as productive as possible.

It is our belief that a Christian needs to have a solid Biblical worldview to withstand the attacks of Satan and to be a productive worker in God’s harvest. Therefore our small group Bible study course material is developed with this goal in mind.

Once you decide to use the small group Bible study material we then will provide the small group Bible study lessons and lecture outlines as needed.
